Regional Round Submission Requirements

For teams moving forward, this stage demands precision and excellence. Here’s what evaluators will be looking for:

• Public Project Repository: Submit your project in a public GitHub repository, or grant access if private.
• Comprehensive README: Ensure your README explains your project clearly and completely.
• Pitch Video: A mandatory demo video (max 10 minutes) introducing your team, the problem you’re solving, your solution, business model, and future roadmap.
• Live dApp (Highly Recommended): Deploying your project live on the ICP mainnet with working canister IDs can significantly boost your score.
• Proper Documentation: Include setup instructions and a general project description for smooth navigation.
• Visible Progress: Evaluators will review your development history; frequent and meaningful commits are key.
